Driving Client Success in AdTech with Devanshi
What does a usual day look like for you as a Senior Account Manager, and what do you like the most about it?
As a Senior Account Manager, my day usually begins by reviewing emails, messages, and, updates from clients received overnight. I then proceed to plan the day’s tasks, setting priorities and preparing for scheduled client meetings.
A significant part of my day is dedicated to analyzing campaign performance, preparing reports, and collaborating with internal teams to find solutions for challenges and roadblocks.
What I find most fulfilling in my role is witnessing the positive impact of my efforts on both our clients’ businesses and RevX as a whole. Although it’s taxing at times, it is these very moments that keep me highly engaged in my work. Finding effective solutions to ensure client satisfaction is a driving force behind my passion for this role.
What advice do you have for app marketers who are concerned about budget cuts and privacy changes?
- Prioritize High ROI Marketing Channels: In the face of budget constraints, focus on marketing channels that have consistently proven a high return on investment (ROI).
- Emphasize User Retention and Loyalty: Focus on retaining existing users as it proves to be more cost-effective than solely focusing on acquiring new ones.
- Educate Users about Privacy Changes: Transparently communicate any privacy changes to your users, highlighting the steps taken to protect their data. Educating users fosters greater understanding and trust in your app.
- Test and Iterate: Continuously experiment with various marketing strategies, creatives, and messaging to identify what works best for your target audience.
What’s the key to building long-lasting client relationships?
- Trust and Reliability: Consistently deliver on promises and provide reliable services to build trust.
- Personal Touch: Add a personal touch, remember important details, and show genuine interest in making clients’ lives easier.
- Proactive Problem Solving: Anticipate client needs and address issues before they become significant problems.
- Consistent Quality and Value: Deliver high-quality products or services that provide real value.
- Understanding Client Needs: Carve out solutions based on client goals, preferences, and pain points. Remember, that the closer you look, the better you can solve.
How do you approach remote work? What keeps you motivated?
I personally enjoy remote working as it allows me to plan my day/week better.
I maintain a work journal and list down the To Do’s for the upcoming day before I go to bed. This habit helps me better prioritize my work. I have also created a dedicated workspace that’s my productivity wonderland. The bonus is that it helps me separate work from my personal life!
What keeps me motivated? Recognizing and embracing the advantages of remote work, such as reduced commute time and more flexible schedules.
How has RevX helped you evolve as a professional in the AdTech space?
At RevX, I found the opportunity to explore the world of programmatic advertising which was a missing piece in my digital marketing experience. Additionally, transitioning to an account management role brought daily challenges that fueled my learning and development. I’m thankful for these opportunities that have shaped me into a more well-rounded professional.
What does life look like when you’re not working?
When I’m not working, you’ll find me savoring the moments away from the screen. Nature calls, and I happily oblige with peaceful strolls and refreshing swims – a perfect escape from the digital world.
Self-care and family time are also essential, as I cherish these moments of relaxation and connection.
Over the weekend I enjoy exploring new places and cafes and watching Netflix 😉
