1. How would you explain your job to an 8-year-old?

Put simply, I show the ads you see on your phone whenever you play a game.

2. How has RevX helped you grow as a professional?

"I enjoy the diverse learning experience. As a Campaign Manager, I work with clients from OTT, Travel, Fintech, EdTech, E-Commerce, Online Grocery, and Gaming. This helped me truly understand clients' business goals, challenges, and unit economics. Managing the campaigns also involves collaborating with clients to understand their funnels and churn moments and providing solutions on fixing them."

When it comes to supply, we have an inventory of thousands of apps from all over the world. Each supply partner brings its own set of users to our platform. RevX's programmatic platform helps us decipher this equation, know which supply best suits each client and ensure we deliver the best results.

3. What gets you out of bed every day?

Each day, there is a new challenge to solve and learn. Campaign Managers have a varied portfolio of clients across categories and geographies. Each client has a different challenge - either in user acquisition or retention. A client would either want customer acquisition, retain a new lead, retain a recently converted user, or reactivate a churned user.

Figuring out the campaign execution for each of these audiences from various app categories is something that intrigues and interests me.

4. What's something you've always wanted to learn or know more about?

There is always more to learn as we work on newer clients. Clients from the same category/industry would have different challenges and KPIs. There are always developments in the supply space, privacy policy changes, and measurement and attribution.

Our Data Science team also works on new models and algorithms to target users, making our campaigns more efficient. This has been an ideal work profile to learn about the latest industry trends.

5. What do you like the most about your team?

Everyone is warm and inclusive. There is a vibe of free speech in the team meetings. Everyone in the team is ready to support and help solve challenges. My manager is very approachable, and I very often learn something new from her.
